I was watching the replay of Miami and Boston. The game wasn't over yet when all of a sudden, they changed it to Inside the NBA by EJ, Charles and Kenny. What the fuck!!! I love watching EJ, Charles and Kenny and I absolutely like their show but I'm paying primarily to watch the NBA Playoffs and not Inside the NBA. Sana tinapos nyo na muna yng game. Tang ina. Same thing happened, after watching live Boston vs Miami game 3 and Pacquiao vs Mosley, rains start to fall heavily, then all of a sudden the screen turns black for both channel PPV and NBATVPremium, I thought it was a just normal problem then around 5pm, I contacted them about it and told me the higher ups have shutdown Comclark maybe due to rain issues and the problem would be resoled by later midnight since I told her I need to watch the live game between Los Angeles Lakers vs Dallas Mavericks game 4 and told me not to worry, now around 3.20a.m., it's the same still pitch black for both channels. Then I started again the tips given to me for such problem, so I went to the settings-advance settings, then set to default password is 0000, then after that tune it up manually with specs of 690000, then 6875, then QAM64, then the tuning is failure which means they didn't started comclark yet. Another disappointing monday morning.

Since they didn't brief me for possible problems just like no entitle, my previous post indicated I didn't touch anything at all, turned off the TV and the box after they have installed and tested it yesterday afternoon. 12.35am today, I turned on the tv and the box and keep showing no entitle, update: I know no one would notice the call in their office early morning, keep on calling 810-28-28 out of frustration, I was hoping I could at least watch Celtics vs Heat matchup, but nothing happened, around 4.00am. I went on checking if I can do something the problem and end up making it worst, now showing no signal rather than no entitle. My conclusion here is the problem is with them not us subscribers, my first day of despair with NBATV premium have started. Since my area is near their office, I would go there later and bash my complaints about their service. NBA TV (Channel 80 before, Channel 34 present) is the reason why I subscribed to Global Destiny a few years ago after NBA TV disappeared on Sky Cable, which resulted to disconnect my cable due to that move which led me to Global Destiny. Other than BTV, My favorite foreign channels in GD channel 70(all time favorite chinese movies channel), 72(japan channel that features a lot of important stuff), and 76(arirang). I'm sad, despite my subscription yesterday and paid everything (600php plus previous bills not including bills for may, I find it funny, 30 minutes later after installing the NBATV premium the cable payment collector reemerged and bring me the receipt for the Month of May) they have this poor service at hand. If poor service persist, I might do a legal action through legal means against them.

I just subscribed yesterday and it's working, I ask them if there is anything to do like troubleshooting and they told me I just need to know that there is two channels there PPV and NBATVpremium, then after the NBATV premium crew left, I turned it off and the TV, several hours then, around 12.30am today (May 02, 2011), I turned it on including the STB, and the channel is not displaying any NBA segments at all. I look at the manual and check if I did anything wrong, I didn't touch anything at all just followed the crew's advice and convinced by them there is no other thing to do. Now I'm in a big disappointment cause I can't watch the Oklahoma Thunder vs Memphis Grizzlies match. They only have 810-28-28 as their contact and no cellphone number in case of problems like this as stated. I wonder if I could watch the Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat match later, I'm in for a big disappointment, that it was a 2 year contract of doom in worst case scenario.
