What’s the difference between this channel and BTV then?

NBA Premium TV is solely dedicated to the NBA. Basketball TV covers different basketball leagues around the world. NBA Premium TV also gets more NBA games a day than BTV. Basketball TV gets one NBA game a day, while NBA Premium broadcasts 2-4 games a day.

Are the games on NBA Premium TV different from those on BTV and the other channels?

The NBA aims to show unique games across all NBA-carrying networks in the Territory. There are certain days/events wherein certain games are shown on similar platforms (Opening Day, Christmas Day, and Regular Season days where there are less than 3 games scheduled on one playing date). When this happens, NBA Premium TV shows a different game from BTV during the live broadcast, but NBA Premium TV could air a delayed version of BTV’s game afterwards.

Are these 2-4 games live every day?

The channel aims to air as many live NBA games as possible. There are occurrences wherein the designated games for NBA Premium have games with tip-off times 30 minutes to an hour apart from each other. When this happns, the game with a later tip-off time will be taped and will air immediately after the live game.

When it comes to the Finals, what’s the difference of NBA Premium TV from coverage on free TV?

Free TV coverage has commentary made by local commentators while NBA Premium TV keeps commentary from the US. NBA Premium TV uses the ABC/ESPN broadcast, while Basketball TV and Free TV uses the World Feed (used by most, if not all Global Partners of the NBA). In-Game graphics, features, interviews will vary from what is on the World Feed.
